Qualification: Degree/Diploma - BCom, Sales & Marketing, Finance or related

Experience: Minimum 3 years sales experience - with a proven track record of new business development in Coffee industry, FMCG, Hospitality, Office Automation industry.

A day in the life of a Solution Sales Rep:

  • Implement successful plans & promotions at Customer and Regional level to drive solutions business.
  • Management of sales territory and achievement of monthly and annual targets
  • Apply outstanding Customer Service Relationship Management - Investigate and resolve all Customer queries and complaints relating to beverage solutions business.
  • Understand and analyse customer needs and provide solutions accordingly.
  • Follow up and report back on leads.
  • Identify, source and close new business opportunities.
  • Monthly Business Planning - Accuracy on monthly forecasting
  • Identify, source and mine business opportunities within current customer base.
  • Reduce and maintain a clean debtor’s book and resolve outstanding /overdue accounts timeously.

What will make you successful?

  • Minimum 3 years sales experience - with a proven track record of new business development in Coffee industry, FMCG, Hospitality, Office Automation industry.
  • Degree/Diploma - BCom, Sales & Marketing, Finance or related
  • PC literate- basic knowledge of Ms Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Some experience in Key Accounts & Field Sales Management will be advantageous.
  • Financial Understanding - awareness of ROI (Return of Investment)
